My commitment to you is to sell your home with all of your preferences in mind, and to receive as close to your desired listing price as possible.
- I will review all of the comparable home sales made recently in your area from three different sources.
- I will suggest a range of prices for your home, both prices will give you an idea of what you may list your home at, and what price is best to list your home at in order to sell your home at a more realistic price for the market.
- I will suggest how your home should be marketed in order to receive the best results.
What happens 48 hours after I list your home?
- Your property will be immediately entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Database, allowing Agents looking for homes in your area to find them.
- A lock box will be placed at the property address. This let's licensed Agents gain access to your home, so they may show their clients the property. (Days & times for access will be listed on the MLS)
- A RE/MAX sign will be placed on the property where everyone can best see it.
- A customized flyer will be placed in your home, available to all the agents that show your property.
Marketing and Advertising
- I target buyers that are moving into your area, as well as your surrounding community.
- Every call received on your property, either by a real estate agent or a potential client, is logged in to our books. And handled by a FULL TIME STAFF, I also give them a call and mail them information on your home, as it is needed.
- Every call that comes into the office regarding your property is immediately directed to me for my handling and will not be available to any other agent not familiar to your property. In the case that I am not in the office, I will automatically be paged so that I make contact with any potential buyer.
- Your home will be ADVERTISED ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
- In addition there will be a 3x5 announcement of your home along with a picture in the Los Angeles Times.
- A 3x5 ad in the RE/MAX Monthly Times covering the same area.
- An advertisement in "Shopping in Real Estate", a magazine targeting the Pasadena area.
- Another magazine that will be a showplace for your home will be
"The Real Estate Source". The Home Source Magazine, which is a glossy Beverly Hills verision in full color, (on the back page with a picture of your home).
- Your house will also be FEATURED ON THE INTERNET on my personal Real Estate home page, and linked with as many pages as possible, a picture and a full description will be available there.
Open Houses
Open Houses will be performed as needed or if schedules allow us to do so.
Escrow
I am an expert at handling difficult escrows. I am a problem solver and make that extra effort to do everything in my power to make this as smooth as possible.
- You will receive weekly updates on the progress that has taken place with your escrow.
- During the escrow I will also be communicating with the buyer's agent, the escrow officer, the loan manager, and everyone else involved with the escrow to ensure you kept up to date with what is going on.
- I along with RE/MAX will take care of tedious details of selling your home therefore minimizing your anxiety and stress.
I have nearly 30 years experience as well as specialized training on Real Estate Contracts to assist you & your Real Estate needs.
